Lefteris Andreadis is a global business leader with extensive experience in scaling operations, technology, and strategy across Europe, the Americas, and beyond. Having led logistics organizations of over 1,500 people, driven transformation in aerospace manufacturing, and delivered measurable results across complex global operations, he operates at the intersection of innovation and execution — translating ideas into impact from the shop floor to the boardroom. Today, he heads Strategy and Generative AI for AWS Public Sector across International Government, shaping the strategic direction of a $2.2 billion business and driving large-scale digital modernization and AI-enabled growth for governments and industries worldwide. Before his current role, he served as Head of Airport Ground Operations for Amazon Transportation Services EU, overseeing eleven airport gateways across the EU and leading network efficiency initiatives that delivered multimillion-dollar savings and major performance improvements. Earlier, as Head of Operations in the UK, he led Amazon’s largest European Sortation Center, improving safety, engagement, and efficiency while pioneering sustainability and process-optimization programs. Prior to Amazon, he spent five years at Parker Meggitt (now Parker Hannifin), a FTSE 100 aerospace and defence group, where he advanced to senior management level. He led manufacturing sites in the UK and the US, managing P&Ls, transforming underperforming operations, and executing complex global production transfers to Asia that achieved significant productivity and cost gains. He also co-founded and managed the e-commerce business A-Pharmacy.gr in Greece, later sold for profit. Lefteris holds an MSc in Engineering Business Management (Distinction, top 1%) from the University of Warwick and an MEng in Mechanical Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with an exchange program at the Technical University of Graz.
